Our NFC card replacement policy covers Grade A products for 5 years, and explains how returns work for wrong or damaged wholesale orders and custom printed work.
If a Grade A piece stops tapping within 5 years of delivery, we replace it free. Send us the order number and a short video of the piece not reading on WhatsApp, and return the faulty piece if we ask for it.
The replacement guarantee applies to Grade A only. Grade B and C products are not covered.
If an order arrives with the wrong product, grade or quantity, or damaged in transit, contact us with photos as soon as it arrives so we can put it right.
Printed, engraved or encoded products are made to your approved proof and cannot be returned for change of mind.
